the staff were very helpful. the location was good for museums. breakfast was plentiful and had good variety. i found it a good experience overall.
the room was quite cramped even with paying extra. the socket next to the bed did not work. the pillow was lumpy.

the staff was friendly and reception remained open 24 hours. the room had a bathtub, a lucky find for me. i found the location great for reaching museumplein. the rijksmuseum, van gogh museum, and moco were within a ten-minute walk.
i found the bed too soft for my liking.

The location was near many things. The Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum were a couple of blocks away. Vondelpark and the Leidsplein with restaurants were also close. The breakfast area overlooked a garden, it was lovely. The staff at the hotel were very kind.
The room was a bit cramped.
